Our goal at RPPC is not to manage your group, take over your recruiting, or function as your billing company. Instead, our model is designed to improve and optimize your processes, relationships and contracts while giving you - the radiologists/owners of the group - the tools to continue to run your group in your way.
Implement Change
Ideally, the relationship between RPPC and your group will be temporary. After a deep dive to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your practice, as well as the vision for the future of your practice, together we will design and then implement a plan to achieve that vision.
Over time, your group leaders will learn these strategies and techniques.
